In the early 1990s, the main products of the company extended from recycled fiber to colored spun yarn. After integration, Jiangsu Seeker Environmental Protection Color Spinning Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of the Group) was registered. In 1998, it purchased the state-owned enterprise Chuzhou Huayu Textile Factory, extending the Group's business board in manufacturing.

In 2004, with the development concept of "Recycling", Seeker Environmental Protection was successfully listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange and became the first listed company in the industry of recycled polyester staple fiber, which was warmly welcomed in the capital market on the first day of listing with its share price exceeding 100 yuan. In the same year, the stock solution coloring melt direct-spun polyester staple fiber project was under construction in Chuzhou, Anhui Province, laying a solid foundation for the textile products of Seeker Environmental Protection to enter the high-end market. As time goes by, the Group has gradually formed its own business philosophy., and it also adheres to the concept of “Creating Colors and Contributing to Environmental Protection” in the process of development.

In 2009, the company was elected vice president unit of the China Chemical Fibers Association and vice president unit of the China Fashion & Color Association, which was awarded the "National Textile Product Development Base" by China National Textile Industry Association and China Textile Information Center. It also successfully won the fund for supporting the development of the real economy from the National Development and Reform Commission. Then, the industry status of Seeker Environmental Protection has been further consolidated and upgraded. In the same year, in order to further expand the production scale of the Chuzhou project, the targeted additional issuance plan in the capital market was approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission.

In 2016, the "Green Fiber" project supported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the CPC and evaluated by the China National Chemical Fibers Association was launched. The stock solution coloring polyester staple fiber project won the first batch of "Green Fiber" certification. In the same year, it participated in the “13th Five-Year Plan Key R&D Project - Research, Development and Application of High-Quality Stock Solution Coloring Fiber” led by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Facing the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the company has continuously and unswervingly increased the research, development and production of environment-friendly textile products, and its colored spun section has also introduced the development direction of multi-fiber and multi-color blending to serve medium-high quality woven fabrics. The company continues to apply for GRS Certification for recycled fibers and strives to provide better service for more terminal brand enterprises. It also further expands the production scale for the melt direct-spun polyester staple fiber project, and provides more and more environmentally friendly textile raw materials for downstream customers. With the start of the 18th National Congress, the concept of “clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains, and improving the ecological environment is developing productivity” has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts, and the company's environment-friendly textiles have been welcomed and highly concerned by the market. The company's clear development direction, promotion, and publicity in the early stage of this period were highly recognized by society and the industry.

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic suddenly appeared and disrupted the original development rhythm of the company. The management of the company made every effort to ensure the health and safety of all employees and their families, while actively organizing the resumption of work and production. Chuzhou company also actively invested in the production of raw materials for pandemic prevention and control, and resolutely supported the fight against the pandemic with practical actions, so it was praised by the local government and society. The headquarters of the Group was located at No. 7 Mazhen East Street, Xuxiake Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province for more than 20 years. However, in response to the unified planning, the company actively cooperated with the local government and moved it to a temporary office to make way for local development in the same year. Subsequently, according to the development strategy of the local government and the company, the Group will integrate into the construction of Xiake Bay, further inject vitality and make contributions to the development of the local economy.
